What does this mean?
There are a few models of Window SOX® that are available, but which we do not stock. These are models for which
there is a very low demand, but can be obtained through a special order. Delivery on these items may take up to
21 days.
How do I order an item that is "Temporarily
Out of Stock"?
Although we replenished our stock levels regularly, there may be items temporarily out of stock. Orders are to
be placed in the normal way, with delivery within 21 days.
How do I return an item?
Window SOX® are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date
of purchase. If your Window SOX® is faulty please email us with details so we can arrange for a replacement.
The faulty product, in its original packaging, must be returned upon replacement.
What are the delivery times?
All orders are sent via a Courier Company to the specified delivery address. Deliveries may vary, taking up to 10 days depending on the location within the GCC.
Window SOX® is not currently available for my car?
Try the Window SOX® EASY-FIT range. There are three universal fits designed to fit most Sedans & Hatchbacks,
People Movers, 4WDs & Wagons. Use the search function in the "BUY NOW" section and select "EASY FIT" to view the three available options. If you would like to enquire about a Window SOX® for your model of car please
